User Reviews

Overall, reviews are mixed: the app is easy and does light-painting when it works, even with any light source; however, reliability is a major issue, with camera failures, color playback problems, and misfiring ads driving most complaints.

Pros

When it works, it does what it promises and is easy to use.
Light painting concept is simple and accessible; you can use any light source.
Provides a basic paint-on-video effect with minimal setup.

Cons

Camera won’t turn on or results in a blank/black screen across multiple reports.
Playback colors don’t match what was recorded and can show artifacts (e.g., green lines).
Frequent failures or unusable performance; many users say the app is bogus or won’t work.
Advertising/marketing can misrepresent features, leading to disappointment about magic effects and kid-friendly fun.
