2026-07-02	Da*****	I'm using the app for more than 5 years and maybe more than 100 transfers. Most of the time no issue at all. The last transfer takes more than 2 weeks and even I've contacted them 3-4 times and asked them to cancel the transfer and Ive confirmed to them that, 2 weeks later the status is still In progress. So , as there are few other similar apps , I'm done working with them.

2026-06-30	Je*****	Worked well initially. Now, no transfer goes through. They keep the money for 2 to 3 days, then cancel the transfer. A refund is issued, but without the sending costs. One is literally paying for no service.

They refused to accept our bank statement, even though it clearly shows our salary while other transactions were hidden for privacy. Can you imagine? After so many years of sending money through them, they suddenly wouldn't verify our account. Customer support wasn't helpful at all. We tried uploading the documents several times, but nothing worked. They've lost a loyal customer because they failed

2026-06-26	ma*****	Worst customer service! I called to delete my account so I could create a new one, as you can't change your country without deleting it. It’s been almost a month. All I get is "our deletion department is working on this." What kind of deletion takes a month? How is that possible? I don't think anything beats this terrible support. The app is okay until you have actual issues, and then they completely ghost you with silly excuses.
