Wrong Wire: Bomb Logic Puzzle

Five by five. Twenty-five jumper wires on a live board. A bomb-defusal logic puzzle, solved by reading and never by guessing.

The numbers down the side and across the top say how many wires in that line are live. That is all you get. Cut every wire that is not live and the board is yours. Cut a live one and it goes off in your hands.

No guessing, ever. Every board can be solved by reading it — the generator throws away any board that cannot.

FOUR BENCHES
EASY — no clock, three hearts, and the board marks proven wires red for you.
MEDIUM — the same help, against a clock. Double pay.
HARD — no hearts; one bad cut ends the run. A line's number turns green the moment its safe wires are out, and MARK clips your own notes onto a wire.
EXTREME — no help, no marks, no mercy. Cut what you believe is safe, press DISARM, and hold your nerve.

AND THREE THAT BEND THE RULES
REWIRE — rotate the conduits and route the current from intake to terminal, staying ahead of it.
BLACKOUT — the live wires show themselves once. Then the lamp dies and you cut from memory.
PAIRED — two wires on one circuit. Cut a safe one and its twin goes with it.

TODAY'S BOARD
The same five boards as everyone else, once a day, on MEDIUM. One try.

ROOMS
Open a room, send the code, and your friends play the same boards on their own phones. Everyone's slip lands on one card. Rematch when it's final.

THE DEPOT
Every board pays PARTS, and the hard ones pay TAGS. Take ORDERS from the clipboard — three a day and one for the week. Climb the ranks from TRAINEE to GHOST.
THE CAGE sells props for your desk and lamps for the room. FINISHES change the board's colour. THE CABINET holds the files — the depot's story, one folder at a time.
Then arrange it all on the bench behind the board. It is your desk.

THE SLIP
Every run ends on a printed slip: the score, the why, the pay, where you stand.

A VOICE ON THE RADIO
A dispatcher runs your channel. She teaches you the board on your first shift, then leaves you to it — and there are a few things she only ever says once, if you earn them.

NINE LANGUAGES
English, 中文, हिन्दी, Español, Français, العربية, 日本語, 한국어, Deutsch — the words and her voice both. The game follows your phone's language on its own.

Cut fast: quick cuts grow a score multiplier and the board lights up around you. Hesitate and it collapses.
