The most mentioned issues are frequent crashes and bugs that prevent opening the app, along with slow, clunky performance and a confusing, multi-portal UI. Users also report serious login/authentication problems, including complicated sign-in, Microsoft authenticator loops, or incorrect email errors. Additionally, many employees cannot access essential payroll information like wages or payslips. A minority finds value in staying connected, but overall sentiment is negative due to stability and access problems.
