Worknest Business

Worknest is an online ordering and order management app built for home-based food businesses, home cooks, bakers, meal prep businesses, caterers, and other small food sellers.

If you sell food through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, text messages, or DMs, Worknest gives your customers a simpler way to order.

Create your menu, share your personal storefront link, and let customers choose their food, select pickup or local delivery, and pay online — without downloading an app.

ONE LINK FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
Create your own online food storefront and share the link anywhere — Instagram bio, Stories, Facebook, WhatsApp, text messages, or directly with customers.
Customers open your storefront in their browser, browse your menu, place an order, choose an available time, and pay online.

MANAGE YOUR MENU
- Add dishes, photos, descriptions, and prices
- Control item availability and quantities
- Mark items sold out

- Offer order-ahead items and pre-orders

ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS
Every order arrives with the information you need:
- Customer details
- Ordered items
- Payment information
- Pickup or delivery

Accept or reject an order and move it through your workflow from new to ready to picked up.
