Core Mechanics & Features:
Quick Session Logging: Tap the Start Session button to log your physical activity instantly. Give your session a custom name, select your workout type (Cardio, Strength, or Stretch), and choose from quick duration chips (10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 25 min).

Detailed Customization: Personalize your logs by adding individual exercises to your routine and detailing your training experience in the Notes text box. You can also toggle the star to save your setup as a favorite template for faster entry next time.

Streak & Progress Dashboards: Stay motivated with clear home screen metrics. View your total active minutes for the day and track your ongoing Current streak days in a row to maintain your momentum.

Weekly & Monthly Analytics: Review your trends in the dedicated stats tab. Check your cumulative metrics like Minutes this week, Sessions this month, and visualize your consistency using the built-in Weekly Activity bar graph.

Reminders & Local Control: Never miss a session by enabling daily

Workout Reminders at your preferred time. Manage your data directly within the settings panel, featuring an option to safely Clear All History.
