Workout Tracker - LiftPlan

A workout tracker for people who lift and want to see what actually changed. LiftPlan keeps your plan and your logged sets together, so every session starts with a clear target instead of a guess.

Most people stop tracking because logging gets in the way. This app is built around the few seconds you have between sets: open the session, record the work, keep moving.

What you can do
- Build a training plan around the sessions and lifts you already run.
- Log sets, reps and load while you work, without leaving the session screen.
- Organize routines so a full training week is easy to repeat.
- Review your history to see how a lift has moved over weeks and months.
- Adjust a plan mid-cycle when work, travel or sleep changes what is realistic.
- Keep notes on a session so next week's decisions are based on something.

How it works
1. Set up your training week and the sessions inside it.
2. Add the exercises you want to follow in each session.
3. At the gym, open today's session and log each set as you finish it.
4. Before the next session, check the workout log and decide what to change.

Who it is for
- Lifters following a structured program who want a record they can trust.
- Beginners who need a plan to follow and an early sense of progress.
- Personal trainers who keep session structures for a roster of clients, bill in dollars and handle their own sales tax paperwork; the training side of the job should not add more admin.
- Gym members coming back after time off who want to rebuild in order.
- Home and garage gym lifters working with a limited rack of equipment.

How it fits your training
Strength blocks, hypertrophy phases, upper and lower splits, push and pull days, full body sessions, bodyweight work and simple conditioning all run on the same structure: sessions, exercises, sets. If you can write it on paper, you can run it in this workout tracker, and the history stays with you instead of disappearing with the notebook.

Questions people ask
Do I need a finished program before I start? No. Log what you do for a couple of weeks, then shape a plan around the pattern you see.
Can I use it as a plain workout log without planning anything? Yes. Record sessions as they come and pick up the planning side later.
Does it work for barbell, dumbbell and machine work? Anything you can express as sets, reps and load belongs in the workout tracker.
What happens if I miss a week? Nothing breaks. Open the session you left, adjust the numbers to where you are now, and continue.
Can I keep more than one plan? Yes. If you train for different goals across the year, keep each block separate and come back to it.
Is it useful for a trainer with several clients? Yes. The same structure works whether you are planning for yourself or for the people you coach.

Training gets easier to steer when the record is honest. LiftPlan keeps the plan, the work and the history in one workout tracker, so you walk into the gym knowing what to do and walk out knowing what it moved.
