Mobile application that supports the work of PDAM field officers to complete various work processes such as New Customer Surveys, Installing Subscription Connections and Subscription Mutations. This application helps PDAM to digitize data from the business processes carried out, along with photo documentation as a supporting attachment. This application is also equipped with a directions feature to get to the customer's home location. Then there is a feature to contact customers via WhatsApp. Some work processes are also equipped with taking the coordinates of the customer's home location.
