SpoonScale helps you share your social energy with people you trust, making it easier to communicate when you’re open to connecting and when you need time for yourself.
Inspired by spoon theory, SpoonScale uses a simple social battery level that you can update anytime. Friends you add can view the level you choose to share, helping support clearer communication and more intentional social interactions.

• Set your social battery level (0–100%) with an interactive slider
• Update your status throughout the day
• View friends’ shared social battery levels
• Add friends with QR codes and manage connections
• Control visibility and privacy settings
Additional features are available through an optional subscription and may include custom friend groups, support preferences, and personalization options.
