Zeno Community

This app can be only used by Zeno Community agents for order lead generation to help the CRM team.

When there is an outgoing/incoming call to agents from the customer for orders, such call logs are synced to CRM automatically if the agent allows READ_CALL_LOGS Permission to track these important lead calls.

The CRM team then calls the customer from the syncs call logs to help them place the order from the order leads generated by agents over the call.

Also, agents can generate leads by searching and adding products to the estimation cart and sharing the estimate with the customer through WhatsApp.

An agent can also view the orders that are converted from their order leads.

An agent can also save the details in the customer's list who can be a future customer for Zeno
