Outdoor A/S, still uncomfortable?
Beyond tents, all outdoor products are repaired and washed ‘outside’ at once!

3 typical inconveniences experienced during outdoor product A/S

1. Ineffective communication with the brand A/S center
- phone call? message? email? Website? SNS? I don't know where to contact to get it processed quickly.
- I applied for A/S, but there is no way to check how it is progressing, so my plans are often disrupted.

2. Inconvenience of having to pack and send it yourself
- It is cumbersome and difficult to pack and deliver heavy tents or outdoor equipment.
- It takes too much time and effort to visit the post office or call the delivery driver.

3. Uncertainty of repair cost and duration
- I'm anxious because it's difficult to know in advance how much repairs will cost or how long it will take.
- It takes several days to receive a quote.
