I can't tell you what this app is like, as I cannot log in, whether with email & password, the passkey I use for the web, or my loyalty card. I have wasted an hour trying all the usual hacks, and your Olive AI is a complete waste of time as well - it cannot answer a specific question, just uses generic replies. Your competitors app is far better at this point.
