After singing up on the website as instructed I was still given a notification of "invalid" password after changing it twice. I made sure I wasn't using the business app just in case. So far, not happy with my switch to Woodlands.

Hard to use and doesn't send email when need to reset password if forgotten. Tried several times. Also took days to get into app initially. Also bank sent ATM card instead of debit card. Unsure if I want to stay.
