Shoes Apparels Clothing Offers

Do not but anything from woodland. i have purchased a product (black casual shoes)Order id OR-3427742 and i have canceled the product once I received it and found out it was the wrong since that was the only opinion I found. I still have the unused product it's been more than 25 days and no one has collected it neither have they refunded the money!! I tried calling to customer care multiple times, wrote various mails to them none gave me a proper response or the solution to the situation

Being a user since last 10 yrs, I have never ever seen app in a worst manner. At one time app is very good but after update Lots of issues are there in the app. 1) We can't see our profile, address and previous orders, 2) For every order you need to provide the address details. 3) No wallet is available to check the wallet ballance. 4) Search and filter options are pathetic. 5) Why are you still showing once the products are not available. 6) Product quality is not reaching the expectations
