Check-in Class is an operational management app for academies and tutoring centers that allows you to conveniently handle attendance processing, drop-off/pick-up notifications, contacting students and parents, and managing tuition fees and academic achievement all in one place.

You can quickly record a student's arrival, departure, tardiness, or absence status in the attendance register, compose drop-off/pick-up notification messages, or open the phone app directly. It reduces the hassle of switching between multiple screens, from checking attendance to contacting guardians.

Academic Achievement Evaluation

By entering individual student evaluation results, you can view recent scores, average scores, changes from the first evaluation, and goal achievement status at a glance.

You can compare individual scores with class averages and the top 30% average using graphs, and the app automatically generates an evaluation report that intuitively displays the student's achievement based on the entered results. The generated report can be saved as a file or shared via text message for use in notifying parents.

Trial Mode

For first-time users, you can experience the app's key features through pre-prepared example data. You can check how to use attendance management, student status, revenue management, and academic achievement evaluation features even before directly registering classes and students.

Text Message Sending Guide
Notification messages are sent directly through the user's smartphone text messaging app without using a separate paid messaging service. Check-in Class does not charge separate fees for text messaging; it sends messages directly from the messaging app after verifying the content submitted by the user.

Text messaging costs and usage limits are subject to the terms of your mobile carrier and plan. Please check your current plan, as additional charges or sending limits may apply if you do not have an unlimited plan or send an excessive number of messages in a short period.

Privacy Protection

Student and parent contact information, attendance, evaluations, and sales data are stored on the user's device and are not transmitted to a separate developer server. You can use the service without logging in or signing up.

Free Usage and Subscription

You can use the service for free with up to one class and five students. To manage more classes and students and access full features, you can choose a Google Play subscription.
