Basecone

Basecone is a user-friendly Chrome extension designed to streamline document management and invoice handling for businesses. Pre-selected authorisers can easily review, approve, or reject invoices and other documents on the go. If additional information is needed, documents can be placed On Hold to ensure decisions are made with full context.

Users receive real-time notifications when invoices are ready for review, can add or view comments from colleagues, and upload invoices effortlessly using their device's camera, gallery, or cloud storage. The app supports batch uploads and syncs seamlessly with the Basecone web application, helping teams avoid lost invoices and complex spreadsheets. Please note that the app requires integration with the Basecone web platform for full functionality.
