2026-08-31	Im*****	what a trash app, yesterday ordered a burger for 315 nok. the driver after collecting my order from burgerking drove to macdonalds, took other 5 order's, then drove past my location and delivered my food almost one hour later, because I didint leave a tip, I contacted customer service and they given me a credit for 120 nok. food was waisted. they also let the drivers see if you tipping and allowing to postpone the stop, which is against the law in Norway, but drivers are brown so it's allowed.

2026-08-30	Ol*****	Wolt refused to refund me for an order I never received. On 30 August 2026, I ordered from Jin Yu Lou Chinese Restaurant through Wolt and paid 501.42 Kč by Google Pay. The order was not delivered because the courier went to the wrong address. I contacted Wolt support and explained what happened. I was told that the location pin had allegedly been set incorrectly by me, which I dispute. I was waiting for the delivery and did not receive my order. Despite this, Wolt refused to refund the 501.42 Kč

2026-08-30	Im*****	Recently, every order I am receiving has mistakes from different places, they either send me something else, or miss to send something, and it's very hard to deal with customer service of Wolt, today I have had it, after 8 mistake on a row the last few days, I will no longer be using Wolt, for records, I used to use Wolt services on daily basis.
