2026-08-09	Ce*****	Never again. It's a deliberate scam. The app will show short ETAs to get orders, which then won't be delivered for another 50 minutes. It happened 3 times in a row with different restaurants, and the restaurant called us to cancel the order since the order was already waiting for 30 minutes on the counter and was cold.

I constantly get missing items or cancelled orders, and I never get complete refunds for them. i might be missing most of the order and they refund LESS than what the items would cost, nevermind service fees or delivery fees. absolutely horrible.
