We were suppose to choose either to migrate to the new app if and when ...or to have the money returned to our parent paired account. They did none of the above and deleted the account! This occurred July 2023

2022-05-16	Gr*****	Μόλις το εγκατέστησα και δείχνει ενδιαφέρον. Έψαχνα ακριβώς κάτι τέτοιο. Πρώτη παρατήρηση δείχνει υπερβολικά αυστηρό με την ασφάλεια και μόλις γυρίσεις σε άλλη εφαρμογή , ζητάει πάλι credentials. Υπερβολή. Κατά τα άλλα δείχνει εξαιρετικό. Περισσότερα όταν το δω στην πράξη .

2022-05-07	Ko*****	You might be right guys that ID's have a 'self life' of 15 years officially...the thing is ,if you go and request a new one, will you get the same number?DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY DESKS YOU HAVE TO UPDATE FOR A CHANGE LIKE THIS?I think I will stick to icard ....(with this ID I have confirmed accounts in icard,binance,revolut etc.with no issue....)Update 7/5/22 Fair is fair credentials were actually accepted so,elevating to 4 to walk it through and then possibly to 5 if all ok....
