Now I have to manually start the charge using the highest rates that SDGE charges, rather than the set schedule. Wolfbox made a lot of false claims that prompted the charger purchase & the app is a completely worthless "smart" device manager. Skip the products... the app is complete trash. Note: Wolfbox EV charger does not have a reset button, so stop prompting the wrong instructions (there is no blinking light).

2024-12-28	br*****	This is for the EV charger. The charger works but the app is terrible. Doesn't stay connected. Worked fine for weeks then stopped connecting even though 2.4g wifi was connected. Going to send back since still have time to return. Avoid this unit
