User Reviews

Reviews are mixed, but recurring complaints center on unreliable pairing, unsupported-device errors, and the app losing recognition of hearing aids. Some users do find it useful for tuning their aids and report clearer hearing once it is working. Several say setup takes persistence.

Pros

Some users report that the app works well for adjusting or tuning their hearing aids, and that it helps them hear more clearly.
A few users find the app simple or usable once setup is complete.

Cons

Connection problems are the most common complaint: the app may fail to find or connect to hearing aids, or repeatedly ask users to reconnect.
Several users encounter unsupported-device or headphone errors, even when their hearing aids appear in the app or the phone seems compatible.
Some users report unreliable operation, including the app forgetting or no longer recognizing hearing aids and needing to be reinstalled or set up again.
