this is a scam, got an add saying, track any location with number, asked for subscription, it needs permission of the other person and they have to download the app too , without which you can't track, this is a fraudulent advertising app, don't fall for it, there's plenty of free apps in the market for the same features. play store should monitor the adds such apps are running, using false claims & advertising to bait customers and ask for money for something that's freely available since years
