CLOUD PHONE Plus is a calling app that enables easy, secure, and high-quality IP phone calls for making and receiving calls.

[Important Notes]

To use CLOUD PHONE Plus, you need to subscribe to the cloud phone service provided by Wiz Co., Ltd.

This app recommends a "4G connection via carrier SIM" as the recommended communication environment.

It has been confirmed that calls and operation may be unstable with Wi-Fi due to signal strength and interference.

Also, if you are using 5G, calls may be affected when switching between 5G and 4G.

If switching occurs frequently, we recommend using 4G fixed in your device settings.

When linking device contacts, operation and calls may be affected depending on the device's performance and the number of contacts.

In that case, one of the following actions is required.

Reduce the number of contacts (to 2,500 or less)
* Disconnect from contacts

Settings → Apps → All apps → CLOUD PHONE Plus → Permissions → Contacts → Do not allow


* Provisioning Function
* No complicated settings common with SIP softphones are required.
* Authentication can be done with an ID and password,
* allowing you to easily use IP phone.
* Push Notifications
* Support for background applications,
* allowing incoming calls even when the app is closed.
* Allows incoming calls even when using other apps.
* BYOD Support
* No need to carry two smartphones. Separation of work and personal expenses is possible with one smartphone.
* Smartphone Extension Function
* In addition to calls between extensions, you can make and receive calls using extension numbers.
* Use it as if you were taking your company's extension phone with you.

■Emergency Call
This application has a function to redirect emergency calls to the native mobile dialer,
but this function depends on the mobile phone's OS, which is beyond our control, and may change at any time.
Therefore, it is not designed for making emergency calls, making calls, or providing assistance, and cannot be used for such purposes.
