My clients keep getting logged out of their Wix accounts, and in some cases, even their website managers lose access unexpectedly. This has made it very difficult to manage websites efficiently. Another major problem is the messaging feature. We can no longer communicate with customers through the platform the way we used to, which has negatively affected client communication and business operations. These issues have caused frustration

2026-07-27	Jo*****	First I can't chat long with my clients anymore, my account just suddenly gets blocked and my clients and customer chats history just goes away like that and I can't find them again. This has made me loose alot of money in the last two months. secondly the search bar would just go off or dissappear and I won't be able to make any search. I cant even recommend this app for anyone at all. Wix is just getting worse by the day. I think I need to pull out and migrate to other ecommerce platforms.
