Apart from occasionally needing to unplug the clock and plug it back in to get it to connect to the app I generally didn't have any problems with the app until recently. Now I'm having increasing issues with the alarms. I already had to stop using one because it never started at the beginning of the sound I use and made me jump awake. Now I've got one that's gone really quiet and another that goes off 10 minutes late as if I've snoozed it. So now I only have one left I can use, may soon be none.

Total Junk!! The app does not work. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times. The clock will not connect to the app so therefore you can't use the clock because you need the app for the clock. This was not an inexpensive clock, so do yourself a favor and save yourself the money and don't buy it because the company does nothing to update they're app, and without the app your clock is useless.
