2024-11-25	Jo*****	It won't go past the registration page. Every time i hit 'next' i get an 'attempting to authenticate your email message'. This is both with and without a VPN. Very frustrating. Ive just noticed a range of support options i intend to try. I hope to give this 5* soon

I Select Gmail in the app, it opens the authentication page in my browser, I enter all my credentials, password, email Addy, give complete access to my account to this useless app and then it loops back to the app and shows me the initial select email provider page, tried it 5 times with 5 different browsers and same everytime. - Got it working on my own, deleted data and cache and went straight into the app to log in. It worked.

2023-11-12	Ju*****	The download and set up was fairly easy. I did send a question to Support immediately after setting up the account. They answered promptly. The answer was to the point, helpful, and the instructions easy to understand. Sending an encrypted message is simple, if you read the instructions. I did have one other question the second day, and again Support was prompt in their answer, which was short, simple, and clearly worded. So far, I am very happy with the app.

2023-09-03	Mi*****	I just downloaded this app, and every time I put my email address and password in to make an account, the app says my email address qualifies as a free account, but there's no next option on the screen to go to the next step to Start using my account! When I close the app and then reopen the app and sign in to my account, it kept saying my password isn't recognized (something like that) and wouldn't let me login to my email account! This app sucks! It's absolutely useless!

2023-03-14	Jo*****	You honestly cannot go wrong with SecureMyEmail. It is easy to use and does everything the ads say it does. I love it. My clients love it. It is the best value for the money I have found. Don't be afraid to try it. If you have any problems, they have a support team that is unparalleled!

2022-08-10	bj*****	Edit: this is for the GOOGLE app,not the SECURE MY MAIL SERVICE, Right off it wants me to make an account&give access to contacts,&other permissions which is what I'm trying to avoid,almost all play store apps have hidden permissions, if you go to settings,privacy,apps, permissions,then the 3 dots at top right all permissions, there's over 20,including changing items,full internet acces and more. Google just wants you to think you're in control of what apps do. ✔️ out the hidden permissions!
