Cons

Earpieces do not function as translation devices; microphone does not work properly.

Requires manual activation of translation features rather than automatic translation.
Delivery delays and inaccurate instructions, including malicious QR code warning.

tried to download the app and use it but when I tried to sign in it asked for my phone number. when I entered my number to have a code sent to it my phone said there was an internal error and to try again. I did that 4 times and then I get locked out of the app all together... sending back the headphones if this doesn't work tomorrow.

Tried to install it. Directions say to download the AI cool market app. But that's not what happens. Nothing on my phone app looks even remotely similar to the description on this page. Absolulely no idea as to how to use the language interpreter or anything else for that matter. Even when trying to use the earbuds just to listen to sound, only one ear works at a time. I'll have to send the device back for a refund because no amount of research has told me anything encouraging.
