2024-07-21	Ca*****	App keeps telling me it has a bug. I have un-installed and installed......no luck! Connects to both light bars and then disconnects one. Frustrating. I just put it on sound and leave it. Useless app.

2024-03-06	Re*****	* Tutorial videos, both from Chauvet, and users alike are out of date due to updates to the app, and need to be updated for this current version of the app. * If you're struggling to get your fixture(s) to connect. You must, along with your Bluetooth also activate the location on your device (phone/tablet/etc). * Your playback scenes that you have saved will only work for whatever fixtures are in Group-1, even if other groups are selected, they will not respond. Chauvet, PLEASE, fix it

2023-04-28	Ha*****	This app is not worth a damn. it finds some of the lights but not others. walk out of the room and come back in, it will lose pairing with some lights but finds others it could not find a few minutes earlier. To be fair, either this app needs some work OR the BT on the lights themselves need some work

2023-02-07	Ji*****	Bluetooth pairing of this product is horrible - your phone has to be a foot away to pair and you have to do it every time you switch away from the app. Walking up on stage and fooling with stuff isn't what I expected when it's supposed to be Bluetooth.

2023-01-27	Co*****	Won't pair, so it is useless. Can't pair with a T12BT. I've tried opening the app first then switching on the unit (expected), I've also tried having the unit on as I open the app. The app never finds anything to list. My bluetooth works! The tutorial has no info in case it won't pair. I assume that the app should work with all releases of the unit - also not covered. Very dissapointing.

2022-08-03	mi*****	Not bad, but the App barely works. Not usable for live situation. When creating scenes and then switching between them, some lights don't respond. Clicking blackout works maybe half the time. Don't know if it's the lights or the app, but this needs serious improvements.

2022-05-05	P *****	I'm both a solo artist and in a band. Use my Chauvet laght bar for both. The BTAir app is SUPER easy. Just plug in and pair. From there I can customize my lighting. I usually just run a simple fade through the gamut of colors. Keeps the background interesting during the show

2022-02-07	Na*****	This app needs way more improvements, the interface in fine, but connecting lights is not effortless as the description says. I've had the app for over a year and everytime I try to connect my 3T BT light bars the app has a really hard time finding the fixtures. (they are set to the right settings) I have to restart my phone for it to work and sometimes it just never works and it's very irritating, I would never use this app at a live performance because it's unpredictable.Overall great concept

2021-09-24	De*****	Non- functional. I've encountered an error connecting and now all I have is a spinning gray circle. Bought the equipment specifically for the functionality and it won't even work. I hope this issue is rectified because this is disappointing
