Wise CRM

Wise CRM Mobile is the companion app for the Wise CRM desktop system. It puts your company's customers, leads, tasks and notes on your phone, so the information you need before a meeting or a call is one tap away instead of back at the office.

TRY IT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
A fresh install opens with a demo licence already filled in — just tap LOG IN and the app connects to our public demo server with a full fictional company: customers and leads across ten countries, tasks, notes, contacts and history. Nothing in it is real data. Type your own server details over it whenever you are ready.

READ-ONLY BY DESIGN
The app never writes anything to your server. Nothing can be edited, deleted or accidentally overwritten from a phone in a pocket. Your desktop stays the single place where data changes.

WHAT YOU GET
• Customers and leads, with alphabetical sorting that handles Central European characters correctly
• Full partner detail: contacts, invoicing status with outstanding amounts highlighted, follow-up state, action history and all free-text blocks
• Tasks with priorities, descriptions and comment history, filtered to the ones that concern you
• Notes, including notes shared with a specific group of colleagues
• Instant search across tasks and notes, and across the partner lists
• One tap to call a contact, write an e-mail, open a web page or a LinkedIn profile
• Light and dark theme, following your system setting

THE SAME PERMISSIONS AS ON YOUR DESKTOP
The app applies exactly the visibility rules your administrator configured: project assignments limit which partners you see, private tasks stay visible only to their creator and assignee, and restricted notes reach only the users they were shared with. What you cannot see on the desktop, you cannot see here.

SIGN IN ONCE
Enter your server, licence and credentials once. After that the app signs in by itself on launch. The connection survives moving between mobile data and Wi-Fi, and reconnects automatically after the phone has been in your pocket.

REQUIREMENTS
Beyond the demo, this app needs your own Wise CRM server and a valid licence. It is a companion to that system, not a standalone CRM. If your company does not use Wise CRM yet, please visit wise-t.com.

PRIVACY
The app collects no data whatsoever. It talks only to the server address you enter, your credentials never leave your device, and there is no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
