Sage Connect is the official setup companion for Wiser Machines Sage nodes.

Pair, configure, and bring your Sage nodes online in a few guided steps — no
technical know-how required.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Discover nearby Sage nodes automatically over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
• Select one or more nodes by their MAC address
• Link nodes to your Sage account using your account email
• Send your Wi-Fi network name and password securely to each node
• Watch real-time setup status and see exactly which nodes succeeded
• Retry any node that didn't connect on the first attempt

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Sage Connect and let it scan for nearby nodes.
2. Choose the nodes you want to set up.
3. Enter the email linked to your Sage account, plus your Wi-Fi name and password.
4. Sage Connect provisions each node over Bluetooth and confirms the result.

WHAT YOU NEED
• A Wiser Machines Sage account
• One or more Sage nodes powered on and within Bluetooth range
• A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and its password
• Bluetooth and Location enabled on your phone (required by Android for BLE scanning)

WHY LOCATION PERMISSION?
Android requires the location permission for any app that scans for Bluetooth
devices. Sage Connect uses it only to discover nearby nodes — it does not track,
store, or share your location.
