Velvet Treasures

Velvet Treasures is an arcade challenge focused on timing, movement, and score improvement. The player controls a character that moves along the bottom area of the screen while various objects fall from above.

The objective is simple: collect useful items to earn points and avoid dangerous obstacles. Every collected item increases the score, while every collision with an obstacle reduces one life. The player starts each session with three lives and must stay focused to keep the run going for as long as possible.

As the session continues, quick reactions become increasingly important. Choosing the right movement at the right moment can make the difference between extending the run and losing a valuable life. The goal is to achieve the highest score possible before all lives are exhausted.

Velvet Treasures keeps track of successful collections and records the final score when it is greater than zero. This allows players to compare results across different sessions and work toward improving their personal best performance.

The gameplay loop is designed around observation and precision. Falling objects require constant attention, while obstacles create additional pressure and encourage careful positioning. Every decision affects the final result, making each attempt a new opportunity to improve.

The game also supports automatic pausing when the application is minimized or when the player switches to another app. After returning, the pause window can be closed to continue from the same point in the session.
