Colliding with the wall or your tail costs one life, triggers feedback, and safely resets your snake while the round continues. At zero lives, the run ends with a game over.

When the countdown hits zero, Betika ends the round with a time-up result instead. In both outcomes, you see your score for that attempt and your best score safely saved locally for the game on your device. This way, you can easily try to beat your own record on repeat attempts without creating an in-game profile inside the app itself, keeping the focus entirely on gameplay.

Visually, Betika uses a neon arcade style with a dark backdrop, cyan lines, soft grid guidance, glowing fruit, shimmering orbs, and particle effects when you collect items.
