Please fix it, the game keeps on restarting in the middle of the play, there's bug. When I reached 528, the game stopped and my progress is gone. I need to re star again and the same thing happened. I can't enjoy this game

Absolutely love this game and play it a lot but in the last week it will not let me even load the app.. why?? Would have given five stars but since I can't even play anymore, I'm only giving 2 stars. If the problem is fixed I will change my rating.
