Horrible app. Have to go through nonsense chatbot on WA to update an address cause app doesn't alow us to delete old ones, doesn't allow to choose default address, I corrected my name but still wrong on the system. Even after updating new address, default remains the old one. The companies who just sell a voucher do a better job. R u gonna deliver in my old place and charge me for it? They charge extra amount between 4-26 AED on my account everytime I do a transaction without any reason. Receipt is correct but the wallet deduction is different. Been complaining about these but no response. Very poor service. Price is also not much different compared to the groceries and online delivery service.
