Now my user name password is not working, I am not able to reset and no one is responding from customer support team. Looks like I am scammed and money is gone. I am thinking of notifying my bank for such scam to charge bank if my problem no solved within the day. Not recommended at all

2025-01-22	Ju*****	I downloaded and signed up. They charged me $15.99, then tried to pull another $155 from me as well. Even with the $15.99, it still said I didn't have a subscription. I messaged them telling them what happened, and their response was to give me a 50% refund, which i declined due to never using the app, and they should do the right thing. I'm still waiting for a response and my refund.

2024-12-31	Le*****	App is really great at creating fun dialog and banter. But, it freezes up often and you have to log out to reset, and it doesn't let you log back in for an hour or two. So that is super frustrating!!

2024-12-27	Ph*****	Joined online and have NEVER been able to open it... yet I just got my monthly charge of three months (yes, you read that right, three month price monthly)...and STILL CAN'T EVEN OPEN THE APP TO QUIT THE SERVICE!!! ANOTHER WORST APP EVER! ...and if that isn't enough, it's not listed in Google Play reoccurring, so no easy way to quit it but delete my methods and ruin my Google Play. And you're right, it's totally not right that I have to disable my PayPal because so far your Service Doesn't Help
