2025-01-28	Ji*****	I really enjoy this app, it works well for me allowing me to develop my wine selection based on good reviews and excellent prices. I like that I can rate the wines I've received and it keeps a record of what I've ordered so I can get them again. I've recommended it to friends who enjoy it too.

2025-01-24	ma*****	I love this app there are amazing savings and I think it is a great idea to get 6 bottles I buy one when I can afford to. There no way I could afford to buy 6 all at once I think I have 4 in my case already. Check out their January sales

2025-01-17	Ma*****	I'm very happy with the apps functionality, simple to use, works well for me. Great range of products that are not the usual supermarket gash. I enjoy browsing from my sofa, it really suits me well as I am not as mobile as I once was. I think the membership fee is very reasonable, especially if you purchase regularly.

2025-01-17	Da*****	Some nice wines at ok prices however the whole 'membership' thing is a bit snide; not properly explained and they will do anything to not refund you the annual fee. It's an annual cost, not a monthly payment to ensure they get every last penny out of you. I complained and didn't get anywhere other than £50 credit to spend on wine so instead of £119 yearly fee it's annoyingly cost £70! Cut my losses, buying wine that I want and will cancel once I've had my fill.

Loads of people complaining about the 'secret' £90 subscription. It's totally up front and obvious that it's 90 quid. I cancelled initially because it was a bit much for me. After someone called to offer a quarterly subscription instead. My intention was to just do this for 1 quarter, buy loads then cancel.

Could have been clearer about membership cost but customer service helped resolve the issue. Great selection and storage options. No pressure to buy which is nice. Would advise to check prices to assess discount. Very pleased with all purchases and will continue to use.

Once you create a supposed "free" account they dont mention to tell u that they charge u £119 for a subscription that i never agreed to. I am now left with less than £20 in my bank with a family to provide for. And a following 3 weeks before i get paid from my job again. I dont know how i am going to be able to get by. We struggle to get by as it is and now its going to be almost impossible. So thank you very much winedrops 👍

2025-01-11	Ro*****	The app has been slightly reworked and is much more simple to use now. There is a great variety of wines offered and I find the prices are often about a fiver cheaper than anywhere else online. If you drink wine often then I would recommend wine drops.

I think we only had 1 bottle that was not in our preferences but I take that as a win! Only thing I already raised with the team is ability to filter for organic, that would be fantastic 😍. Love it otherwise, definitely well worth the yearly subscription from our point of view.
