2024-10-24	Ry*****	Finds the chip, never connects. Edit: Turns out it's a Google Pixel issue with bluetooth. Still stupid to require an app purchace to function. Regretting purchasing this very expensive product. After trying it more, the app is a gimmick and the chip is poor. The custom tuning is useless because there are no numbers, just meaningless sliders. The assist cutoff is harsh. The displayed speed is wrong (despite them claiming the opposite).

2024-07-10	Pa*****	The app is a dud. It drops out every single ride, looses connection between smartphone on handlebars and chip. I either have to stop and reconnect or, as I have become sadly well practiced, reconnect on the fly. It is so spoiling the enjoyment of my rides waiting for it to drop out that I am probably going to disconnect it and bin it. I'm a dual licenced electrician and industrial instrumentation technician, I know all about good and bad electrical connections, it's not that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

2022-10-21	ud*****	I am having issues with the Bluetooth connection to the chip. The app keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I was able to connect once but after that I am unable to connect. I tried to remove the motor cover and put the chip outside to see it this blocks Bluetooth communication but seeing same result .
