Terrible. Could not be a worse app

Bought and installed today. Followed the instructions completely and it won't connect to my phone. Manual was full of spelling errors, seems like it might be a dud brand. Tried to go to their website and it was 'under maintenance'. Called their hotline and it said to leave a message. Really disappointed
