HOW IT PLAYS
Every cell holds a pipe piece - an end, a straight, an elbow, a tee or a cross - with connectors on some of its sides. Tap a piece to rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. Line up the connectors so each stub meets a matching stub on the neighbouring piece: no stub pointing at a wall, none pointing off the grid. When flow from the central source reaches every piece and nothing leaks, the pipes light up and the level is sealed.

ALWAYS SOLVABLE, NEVER A GUESS
Every board is grown as a real connected network first, then scrambled by rotation, so a clean, leak-free solution always exists. The finished network is a tidy tree - one single flow, no closed loops, no dead ends. No coin-flips by design, just calm spatial logic.
