Users repeatedly report crashes after updates, persistent login/authentication failures (SMS/code/locks), and poor UX/performance (slow, webview pages, awkward multi‑account flows). The app does offer core banking features and a widget and sometimes works fine, but instability, input/keyboard problems, and forced or buggy notification/widget behavior dominate reviews.
