Recent reviews

Absolutely rubbish. Needed to reactivate when phone changed. Emailed Equiniti who took 3 weeks to reply and then wanted me to totally register as new on the website which itself is a massively convuluted process. Done that, now want to use the app and it wants me to put my pass code from the portal - in other words back to square one! There is no option on the website to generate a pass code and no help link, helpline, nothing. Absolutely pathetic. It deserves minus 5 stars.

Highly secure. I can't even log in to my account myself! The only plus is that it's not used a single byte of data despite my repeated attempts to get in.
