ABOUT PERMISSIONS
Android requires location permission for any app that scans WiFi networks - that is an operating system rule. The "Allow all the time" option is what lets tracking continue while the app is closed. Your location is used only on your device to decide whether you are at work; it is never uploaded anywhere.
