Pharmasafe

Pharmasafe is a mobile medication assistant application designed to help users track their medications and automatically remind them when to take their medicine. Users can input their medication lists manually or receive automatic updates and reminders from their hospital if they are patients enrolled in the PharmaSafe system. It includes safety features to prevent medication errors, such as allergies, duplicated prescriptions, or improper usage, along with automated doctor appointment reminders and a comprehensive medication history.
