Trackon Titan is the official operations app for Trackon logistics field staff, delivery partners, and franchise team members. Sign in with your registered company account to manage day-to-day courier and delivery operations from your phone.

• E-Stock Management – Track and reconcile stock/inventory at hubs and delivery points.
• Midmile & Airport Operations – Manage midmile transfers and airport in-scan/weight-scan workflows.
• NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Handling – Log and update non-delivery reasons for follow-up.
• Bluetooth Scanner Support – Connect compatible Bluetooth barcode scanners for faster processing.
• Route & Location Tracking – Share live location during active duty hours to support delivery routing and dispatch visibility.
WHO THIS APP IS FOR
This app is intended for verified Trackon employees, franchise partners, and delivery associates. A valid company-issued login is required to access any features. It is not intended for general shipment tracking by the public.
PERMISSIONS WE USE AND WHY
• Camera – to scan barcodes/QR codes and capture proof-of-delivery photos.
• Location (fine/coarse) – to record delivery routes and status during active work sessions only.
• Phone state/number – to verify device identity and secure your account session.
• Bluetooth – to connect handheld barcode scanners used during scanning operations.
• Photos/media – to attach delivery proof and shipment images to your account.
• Storage – to save and upload scanned documents and delivery images.
We only request the permissions required to perform delivery and logistics tasks assigned to your account, and location is used only while you are on duty, not in the background for unrelated purposes.
PRIVACY
Your data is used solely to support logistics operations tied to your work account and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You can review permissions or delete your account at any time from the app settings.
