I followed the tutorial on YouTube but it js doesn't work...

I installed it, followed instructions. I had somebody call me and I rejected the call as requested. That call was shown to me and the app said that it was all set in the correct way. Then I tried to call my number first with airplane mode then while switched off, starting the call from different phones, and nothing was shown apart from the very first call for setting the service... Maybe for reveling the anonymous calls it will work this app, but for sure it does not tell you the lost calls...

I paid $20 for this app for 6 months and it doesn't work how can I get my money back or how can I make it work the problem is when the app send me to call my own number it doesn't work and if I tell other people to call me it doesn't work
