Quiet a bad experience. The app didn't show the delivery time. The rider delivered stuff after 3 hours when he had called me an hour after the order was submitted on the app. He told me that he's in my area will be delivering in 30 minutes. Took him 2 hours to. Secondly all the biscuit items he brought were crammed into a small shopping bag and they were crushed. Better to buy them yourself. Riders only damage groceries when not provided with proper bags to carry items and are careless mostly
