Works as designed, but once all switches were in hung state and the service engineer had to come to reset the switches. No matter what the wifi card had to be reseated to make the switches connect to wifi. Everytime there is a patch, it forces you to update else you can't access the app. This should not be enforced and left to the choice of the user to update when he wishes to. 3.5*** rating. Expensive but there are other options in the market cheaper and much Stabler. 21Oct. Lost connectivity.
