Takes at least 3 attempts to log in, the app goes down frequently, transaction records aren't always accurate, you have to hit the card smart button at least ten times for it to open. Transaction alerts as well as any and all notifications just simply do not work at all. I left Whitaker because this app is nearly unusable.

Would put zero stars if possible. App has been down for almost 2 months. Considering this app is the way I make transfers to pay my loan payment, and probably many other users of this bank, this is absolutely outrageous. Cannot receive a password reset and couldn't even log in before that starting in the end of September/early October. Please resolve this issue!!!!
