Whisk Chat

Whisk Chat is a private, end-to-end encrypted messenger. Your conversations never touch our servers as readable text — every message is encrypted on your device with a key only you and your contact hold.

WHY WHISK CHAT
• End-to-end encryption on every message, every file, every device sync
• Zero content on our servers — we hold only routing metadata, briefly
• Your multi-device sync uses YOUR OWN cloud folder (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive), never our storage
• No ads. No tracking. No data brokers.
• Passwordless sign-in via magic email link — no passwords to steal

FEATURES
• 1-on-1 chats with real-time delivery and read receipts (⏱ → ✓ → ✓✓ → ✓✓✓)

• Block and report abuse in one tap

• Multi-device: use Whisk Chat on your phone, laptop, tablet, and desktop — all in sync via your own cloud folder
• Per-device management: name your devices, revoke old ones anytime
• Self-service data export and account deletion, no email support ticket needed

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Whisk Chat is built on a zero-content architecture. Our servers relay encrypted envelopes between devices; they cannot read your messages, even if compelled. Your history syncs across your devices through the cloud folder YOU choose — Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, or OneDrive — encrypted with a key we never see.

We collect only what we need to run the service: your email address (for sign-in), a display name you choose, and per-device identifiers we generate for message routing. We do not track your behavior. We do not sell data. We do not run ads.

Location is used only when you ask a location-anchored question (like weather or air quality). It is sent to public APIs to answer that one query, then discarded.

WHO IT'S FOR
Whisk Chat is for adults (18+) who want private conversations without giving up their entire digital life to a social platform. Journalists, lawyers, medical professionals, activists, and anyone who considers the words they send to be their own.
