ENGLISH(ESPAÑOL): Doesn't work on certain new vehicle models and the app/interface is an old one. You need to download "KARR Security" app and log in on that app, scan your vehicle and you should have access to your vehicles and alarm settings. You're welcome. ;) (No funciona en ciertos modelos nuevos, la interfaz y aplicación es vieja y no soportada. Descargen la aplicación nombrada "KARR Security", registrese, escanee su vehículo y obtendrá acceso a su vehículo y ajustes de alarma). De nada.;)

I scan for my vehicle and the app finds it but I can't actually click on it. When I click on it, it does nothing. If I go to the map it thinks my car is still at the dealership. Like everyone else I was forced into getting this useless alarm system. I thought at least maybe there'd be some cool features that would come along with it like being able to unlock the car through the app if I had to, but no, nothing works on the app making this overpriced alarm system even more worthless.
