Update - tech support has been useless, 5 days and still unable to finish creating an account. Melon needs some serious QA help.

2024-12-06	Mi*****	Prices are often higher than I can find elsewhere and inconsistent profile to profile. Support is unhelpful. Overall bad experience and I regret that our company continues to still use them. I can only assume the 5 star reviews are bots, paid for the company, or people that work for melon.
